1. Refund Eligibility

- The Full Report must not have been downloaded or accessed
- The request must be submitted through our support system
- The refund must be requested for a valid reason (see section 2)
2. Valid Refund Reasons
We will process refunds for:
- Technical issues preventing access to the Full Report
- Service not functioning as described
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized purchases
- Other legitimate reasons at our discretion
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Quick Readings (free tier)
- Full Reports that have been downloaded or accessed
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Refund requests without valid reason
- Purchases made with fraudulent payment methods
4. Refund Process

- Purchase date
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
Step 2: Review
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and determine eligibility.
Step 3: Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Step 4: Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
5. Partial Refunds

- If the Full Report was partially accessed
- If the service was partially unavailable
- At our discretion for other circumstances
6. Refund Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

7. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us, we may:
- Suspend your account
- Deny future refund requests
- Take legal action to recover chargeback fees
